ULR is the greatest! Anyways, today hit 1000kms travelled so far this year!! Aiming for 8000+ this year. Ok, Arrived early after checking Willows which had 6kts. Saw an update of 10-12kts from GBV at RB so headed there. Arrived to 13-16kts and GBV was heading out and foiled immediately. I rigged the 4.5m and was salivating to get out. 5 mins later it was 8-12kts. ULR So rigged the 6.0m to be safe and by the time I finished rigging the 6.0m, it was back to 10-15kts. Headed out on a fatty patty 4.5m and it was perfect. ULR Lots of others arrived and were sitting on Goat Hill awaiting more wind and playing with their Armstrong fuse. GBV was killing it all day, nice work!! BW was everywhere today, hanging out on Goat Hill and then hanging out in the water when the lull came at the end of the day. ULR My first part of my session was craziness, 12-25kts gusty and pouring rain that felt like hail then sunshine and everything was wonderful. Second half of my session, when everyone else came out to play was 20-25 mostly with some large waves/swell when I stayed on the inside practicing my jibes and wave riding which I'm not very good at. Ty Whits really killing it looking like a pro. Tweezy doing Tweezy things. ULR H-Rock going sooo slow, not sure how he stays foiling, I can walk faster. Danno going by me smiling and TunaCan going by me laughing at me cause I'm in the water. Seems fair. Really hoping for some more mild conditions and flatter water so I can try out my smaller foils and smaller board. Maybe tomorrow....maybe ULR will be there.?
