    Early shift cause I was tied up in the afternoon. First hour by myself. OP'd on the 5.5, UP'd on the 4m, and repeat! Actually the last 45 min on the 4m were great. Continued slow progress on gybes and foot switches. Lot of foilers out towards the end of the session. Wore the thin booties. Sunny!
