Arrived at 10:30am to 12-15kts with Paul rigging his 6m wing. I thought it would pick up so ai rigged the 4.5m flyer as I figured I could pump the kids sail if needed. Didn't need to. Nice!! It stayed at 12-15kts for 30 mins but I only missed 1 gybe in the first hour as wind was steady and water flat. Then it picked up to 20-25kts so I came in and rigged the 3.7m. Then it picked up to 30+ and hard rain began, although it was warm, sky was black at times and seemed like night. Felt like end of the world at times but having MF4, MUCH GUS and JUST JOHN + some kiter Dood was nice. From then on the wind went up and down so bagged out the 3.7m and made it work for another hour. If I'd kept the 4.5m rigged could have continued but was too tired to re-rig. Good crowd of loonie loos on the beach today. The Twizz giving Wing lessons at the end. Stefan getting out for some Wing time as well. Pretty great day for double bomb cyclone. 68 kms travelled.
