Skies did clear after lunch, and we had a reasonably good day on the lake. A moderate to fresh breeze (15 - 20kts) was blowing until 6pm.
The weather will continue to improve tomorrow Thursday. Daytime high in Tofino is expected to reach 18C. Port Alberni will see a daytime high of 25C. The resulting temperature gradient and the mostly sunny skies will be the catalyst for a moderate to strong day.
Bottom Line. Expect a moderate to strong breeze to start building after 10am. Expect the wind to last late into the evening.
Outlook: Weather continues to improve, warmer and strong wind days for the next few days.
