Arrived at 10:00am to light conditions. Picked up to 10-14kts by 10:30am. Was going to rig the 7.0m but it was supposed to pick up so rigged the 6.0m Flyer FR instead. There were some big holes so only 15kms travelled in first 50 mins. Came in to warm hands and say Hi to Danno, Mtnarg and Bougie. They were rigging so I warmed hands and headed out again. Lasted another 20 mins then wind had picked up so came in and rigged the 5.2m and said Hi to H-Rock. Back out but wind was still quite gusty but had picked up to 15-20kts in the gusts. I should have been on the 4.5m but had not tried that sail with the big board so stayed with the 5.2m. It got pretty wavy so instead of coming in to change the foil, I called it a day. Met Tsawassen on the beach as I was derigging. Finished that off and said Hi to TunaCan, Junkman and The Twizz!! As I was leaving, some clown in a big white Sprinter started honking at me, not 100% sure but I think he was telling me to get out of his parking spot.?!?! Well, WHATEVER!! Headed home and cracked open an ice cold Corona to celebrate my session, the weekend and the clown.
