Nitinaht Day #4 - Wind came up at 11:00am so hit the water for an hour in 10-15kts, then it died off from 12-2pm then came back 15-22kts till after 5pm. I wiped out doing a speed run and hit my neck on the boom which didn't feel good as I had neck surgery 5 days ago. Stitches stayed together so all is well! Stephane left today and stopped on the way out to foil but he caught the 12-2 no wind zone. Too bad! Supposed to get sunny and warm up here beginning tomorrow. Campsite is empty, only 2 other campsites occupied. Gonna be a quiet one. Only 88 kms today. Just couldn't do the last 12kms. Maybe tomorrow.
