    OG Rule #11 dawn patrol short session. The wind looked iffy, but Alex and I took a shot and got lucky. Light winds, but just enough power to not have to struggle too much using the 7m. The pump of the 1080 is super helpful on days like this, which reminds me of Step 9 of gybe rehab: use the right gear. I only got onto high aspect gear recently when I bought BWD's 220 HA stab. Little did I know that thing would be a gateway drug into the world of high aspect foils. When I combined the 220 with an 880 front wing I was blown away with the glide, pump, stability, speed and low end. The HA gear has definitely made me a better foiler and I would say it makes gybing easier.
