Aluula selling off OR ??
From https://aluula.com/aluula-provides-corp ... c-refocus/
" Strategic Refocus
ALUULA launched its business in July 2019 with one product, ALUULA Gold™, and one customer, Ocean Rodeo Sports Inc. (“Ocean Rodeo”). ....
To successfully execute this updated strategy and eliminate a perceived conflict of interest with its growing list of wind sport brands,
ALUULA will discontinue Ocean Rodeo’s operations and is actively exploring strategic alternatives with respect to Ocean Rodeo’s assets including the Company’s intellectual property portfolio, innovative wind sport product designs and marketing assets including the corporate brand.

Wild guess:
"perceived conflict of interest" + "sold material to 16 wind sport brand" =
Maybe other brand complain about some of these things that could be seen as unfair competition:
- If and/or there is more demand that what is possible to produce, which company will take priority?
- Price of bladers, equal for everyone?
- Each company sending their "spec/dimension" on their new product to a company that is a direct competitor with them?
*** Havent talk to anyone about this, and im probably way off, no idea how business work, so this is just a stupid wildguess ***

Re: Aluula selling off OR ??
Naw - it's more simple than that. Publicly traded company, board sees it is a lot easier and more profitable to just sell fabric to whomever wants it than to deal with the complexity of running a kite brand which probably generates very little profit for the shareholders relative to that effort.
Sucks though.

Don't forget to bring a towel!

The material is being used in industry as well. Surprisingly, space habitats for example. https://www.jeccomposites.com/news/spo ... struction/

As a matter of interest, whereabouts in the UK? Near Portsmouth or Hayling Island by chance?
