hmmm, a few liberties were taken in the translation, hey Ute?

The one thing the first guy comments to the other pilots is: "hey, I didn't know you could modify a Trabi into an airplane?" meaning he is flying a piece of shit.....Trabis or Trabants as they were called were the east german cars that were made almost entirely of plastic and were literally discarded all over Germany when the borders opened cuz they could not pass any of the aircare, structural or performance inspections and were considered unsafe at any speed......it sent the used car market in Germany through the roof and anyone who had anticipated this and bought up used cars prior to 1990 was able to retire a wealthy person.....a bit of German history there obliterated by sexual innuendo and slurrs (which were additions by the translator), too bad 8)

I posted below a photo of Dave making a few dollars on the side marketing for the Khazakstan tourism bureau.

nah, Dave doesn't really own cool aviators like that :roll: the hairy skinny legs and his fluoro banana hammock of course are a match tho :wink:
