kiteboarding Peru, macora hostels? things to do?

Hey guys was wondering if anyone has info on cheap safe hostels, good kite spot info, any helpfull advice it would be much appreciated! thanks!

go see phillipe and stay at don giovanis it is the best place by far and he can give you the scoop,his place is right at the break in mancora there is no better spot to stay
