It was windy at 10AM and there was a fog bank all day. It did not exactly nuke but it was good wind. I started out on the 14.5 and stayed on it for my whole session mostly because I am lazy but I could have gone down to a 12m. There were some skinny young things on smaller kites which makes me think about why I can handle a big kite without feeling over powered :-/. I spent an hour with the Tiki and stayed close to shore working on tacks and did better when left foot forward but my right foot forward attempts were unremarkable. When the wind came up, somewhat, I came in for the Duke and basically did more of the same with regard to tacks. I also did get to ride some nice wind swell at the middle of the lake. There were not a lot of people on shore today so I self launched and self landed which worked fine. It was a really good day.
