Great two hours at the home spot with Idefix. Started out on the 950 as there was still some lighter patches and sailed up to another Mill Bay local Nick who I had spotted about a half mile up the inlet while rigging.......man this place is getting popular. Breeze built so I swapped out to the 940 and decided to sail up around the Yarrow Point weather station which I have wanted to do for awhile now but have never had the right conditions to pull off. Awesome Orca sighting not far off shortly after rounding the weather station, looked like they were headed fast for a feast at Goldstream, l gybed away before getting to close. Joined back up with Idefix and played in the small chop just off the launch site until the breeze dropped.
