I'm a big bombo fan! That was one of my fave sessions at Willows ever! Tons of onshore power with swells you could ride to the beach. I ended up with my 6m after some OG intel, then the winds amped up a bit. Lucky that 6m Cabrinha X3 is so forgiving and well-behaved in big winds. Sweet carving and jibing right at the grandstand! No need to seek out the bigger winds beyond MTI. It was warmish with some sunshine. It may not be Mexican Magic, or Marvelous Maui - but it was Willows Wonderful.!
