    Dawn patrol with Alex; pre-sunrise launch. I left my board leash wrapped around my fuse and couldn't figure out why I was struggling to take off. Gybevoidance Road to Recovery Step 8: get the foot switches dialled in. RBFC shredder Greg Falck has a FANTASTIC video on this called "How to Switch Your Feet on Foil". If you haven't seen it you gotta watch it. I still suck at foot switches but Greg's tips about hip/foot positioning, wing technique, mast height/track-position during foot switches have been indispensable as I try to get them dialled in.
