San Pedro Island or Corpus Christi

Post by Kiteboard Chick 7501 »

Been looking into several places to go this winter. When is best time to go to either San Pedro Island or Corpus Christi? Which place is better for intermediate/beginner kiter (going upwind /doing transitions) and beginner windsurfer?

KC, try asking this on rec.windsurfing if you don't get a response here. There are windsurfers that sail both places post there regularly.

Flattish, warm, Knee deep and windy (at times very). Kiting, however, is not permitted in the park. Contact Mike if you want more info - I windsurfed 5 days with a range of gear from 7.5 to 5.0 sails -
