tips for trainers.

Post by Trav »

From all seasoned guys out there, what would be the most important things for us trainers to be working on. What technique or skill is best to focus on? Especially when the wind is more up.

Don't turn the kite with your arms, Turn the kite back and forth
with more of your body weight and keep your hands close.
Make sure to let go if something goes sideways

Only go out as far as you want to swim back in. No side off winds. Learn to self rescue and body dragging is at the top of the important list. Double and triple check your rigging of the lines. Don't rush out onto the water. Stretch before you sesh! Check the weather. Surf with a buddy. Don't wear a board leash. Know when you have had enough. :) :D :)
Chase the day, not the dollar.
