prone foil board size?

hi gang, seeking advice from the prone foilers in the crowd before I buy

I am 185 pds, I surf a 44l shortboard and I wing foil on a 90l board

I have not tried prone foiling...

thoughts on Armstrong wing surf 39l???

Yes definitely get the 39L 4-10. I’d like to try it for winging =D>
