Need a suit - advice
Going to take up windsurfing (Nanaimo)- this time of year what type of suit is best for a "rookie".
Advice anyone?
Advice anyone?
Suit for windsurfing
You need a 5 4 3 mil neoprene suit. That is very flexible.the top brands are Hotline,Excel.Something good. You do a lot of thrashing learning, lots of time in the water. There is a local guy in Victoria selling a generic brand of {hotline suits}with a chest zipper. His phone number is Adam 483-5051.He has a website you can check.Prices seem very reasonable.Tell him John sent you. check this link http://cgi.ebay.ca/NEW-5mm-Cordova-Sun- ... dZViewItem

The company Cordova Sun is selling them on e-Bay. 5 mil. There is a link below.

I bought one and it seems fine although I haven't been in the water yet. The seams are stitched nicely and it comes with a hood.

An Xcel 6/5/4 Infinity wetsuit is toasty warm. The Bare Polar Heat drysuit is great too. Also check out the Ocean Rodeo Pyro Pro drysuit.
