Left near the bulletin board on the beach ~July 12. PM to identify & claim. Must have been in a real hurry? :)

Looks like gear that was de-rigged and ready for load up. I think we are safe to assume that they were on the way out, in a hurry.... :)

sadly, the inevitable outcome of the aged windsurfer; memory loss combined with excessive gear accumulation :lol:
