Moksha Yoga on Fort street is letting people try it out for free.
Ask for heather, and tell her that your a surfer or
that you know D and would like to give it

cool, I been doing p90x and the guy that developed it said that he has always been in great shape, but it was yoga that made all the difference in his sports.

A lot of us here in Laventana use "Rodney Yee's Yoga for Athletes" dvd.
No, we are not "athletes" but it is very good.

Like Yoga tho, to a degree. The free your mind, let your body float part just doesn't seem to agree with my character.....

After a week of Yoga I feel like Great , not to mention it is a great way to warm the core, make you stronger and flexible, and hang out with pretty ladies:)
