UGH....that's terrible. MUST get sunglasses back into the gear list.

The Gath Gedi helmet with the eye shield is a good eye protection option. But my helmet is a little small, so with a hood it rides up too high for the shield to work properly. Maybe the full face shield is worth pursuing....protect eyes but also face skin too. It freaks me out every time I visit my dentist and he does the search for mouth cancer ... surfers, wind chasers, anglers are high risk groups.
